Timothy R. Wynn joined Blanchard Walker in 2014. He practices in the area of general civil litigation, focusing on oil and gas and bankruptcy matters. 

He earned his undergraduate degree in political science (summa cum laude) from Louisiana State University (LSU) in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 2010, where he also received the University Medal for Highest Academic Achievement.

Mr. Wynn received his law degree (cum laude) from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at LSU in 2013, where he was the Production Editor on the Editorial Board of the Louisiana Law Review Vol. 73.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Wynn clerked for the Honorable Judge J. Jay Caraway of the Louisiana Second Circuit Court of Appeal and, while in law school, interned for Judge Caraway and the Honorable Chief Judge Henry Brown of the Louisiana Second Court of Appeal.

Mr. Adkins’ practice at Blanchard Walker focuses on energy and commercial litigation. His litigation practice includes a broad array of commercial and business disputes, as well as cases involving oilfield contamination; mineral landowner and lessee disputes; mineral regulatory issues; and, other aspects of oilfield litigation. 

He earned his undergraduate degree at Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana (summa cum laude; Phi Kappa Phi) and his law degree at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he was a member of the Louisiana Law Review. 

Mr. Adkins was admitted to practice in 1984 and joined Blanchard Walker in 1988.  He has practiced in numerous state courts throughout the State of Louisiana and in all Louisiana federal district courts, and has appeared before both the Louisiana Supreme Court and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.  He is a member of the American, Louisiana and Shreveport Bar Associations and the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, as well as the Louisiana Oil and Gas Association.  Mr. Adkins also serves on the Louisiana State Law Institute Mineral Law-Legacy Disputes Committee.
