Mr. Johnson practices in the area of commercial litigation, with an emphasis in business bankruptcy matters. He received his undergraduate and law degrees from Louisiana State University, where he received CALI awards for excellence in Legal Research and Writing, Environmental Law, and Louisiana Constitutional Law. While studying at LSU Law, Mr. Johnson completed a semester abroad in comparative and international business law at Universidad Austral in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He joined the firm in 2007.

In addition to being admitted to all Louisiana state courts, Mr. Johnson is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and United States District Courts for the Western, Middle and Eastern Districts of Louisiana.

Mr. Johnson is a member of the American, Louisiana and Shreveport Bar Associations and is an Associate in the Henry A. Politz Inn of Court. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Shreveport Bar Foundation, the Young Lawyers Section of the Shreveport Bar Association, and the Young Alumi Leadership Council of the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center. He is an active participant in the Northwest Louisiana Pro-Bono Project and he is a member of the Shreveport Historic Preservation Commission Study Group.
