Ms. Poljak's practice involves civil and commercial litigation in state and federal court. Her areas of litigation have included antitrust, intellectual property, complex contracts banking and trust, and railroads. She earned her undergraduate degree in history from Vanderbilt University and her law degree from Fordham University School of Law.
