SCOTT R. WOLF. Mr. Wolf's practice involves assistance in all practice areas, with an emphasis in litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Scott served as a law clerk to Judge Charles Peatross of the Louisiana Second Circuit Court of Appeal. Scott received his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Political Science, from Louisiana State University in Shreveport and his Master's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. In 2002, Scott received his law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where he served on the Moot Court Board and was elected to serve two terms as the President of the Student Bar Association. Scott was also appointed and served on the American Bar Association Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section's Governing Council as the Law Student Division Liaison his final year of law school. He remains involved in the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section, currently serving on the Editorial Board of The Brief and as a Vice Chair of the Corporate Counsel Committee. Scott is also the Chair of the Task Force on Outreach to Law Students.
Scott was admitted to practice law in Louisiana in 2002, Texas and Nevada in 2003, and Arizona in 2004. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, United States District Courts for the Western, Middle and Eastern Districts of Louisiana and the Eastern and Northern Districts of Texas. Scott is a member of the Louisiana, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, American and Shreveport Bar Associations. He also serves as Vice President of the Louisiana State University in Shreveport's Alumni Association Board of Directors and as an Associate in the Harry V. Booth and Henry A.
