Mr. Johnson's practice involves bankruptcy, commercial law and commercial litigation. He received his undergraduate degree from Baylor University (summa cum laude) and his law degree from Louisiana State University, where he was a member of Order of the Coif. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Johnson served as law clerk to Justice James C. Dennis of the Louisiana Supreme Court.
