Jerry Edwards’ practice involves litigation in diverse areas, with an emphasis in bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, personal injury defense, and municipal law.

He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Georgia State University in 2002 and his law degree from Vermont Law School in 2005, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and President of the Student Bar Association.

Before joining Blanchard Walker, he was a law clerk for First Judicial District Court judges Scott J. Crichton (now on the Louisiana Supreme Court) and Jeanette G. Garrett (now on the Louisiana Second Circuit Court of Appeal).  Mr. Edwards is a member of the Harry V. Booth - Judge Henry A. Politz Inn of Court and a member of the Judiciary Commission of Louisiana.
